Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: Provide comprehensive and confidential Executive support, managing schedules.
High Level Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for Senior Executives and Government agencies.
Record Integrity: Ensure meticulous preparation of correspondence, maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast paced environment.
Selection Criteria
Executive Administrative Expertise: Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives, with a proven ability to manage complex workloads under limited supervision.
Exceptional Communication: Highly developed verbal and written skills, with the ability to write concisely and represent the Department professionally to stakeholders.
Problem Solving & Initiative: A proactive approach, implementing solutions independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
You must hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Certificate.
