This pivotal role is responsible for the end to end management of official correspondence and records, in strict accordance with statutory requirements. As a primary point of contact, you will facilitate the seamless exchange of data between various State Government Departments.

The successful candidate will be expected to deliver across the following core functional areas:
Records & Systems Management: Reporting of all hardcopy and electronic correspondence using the Electronic Document Records Management System (EDRMS).
Workflow Integrity: Ensure all correspondence routed for action is comprehensive, including all necessary supporting documentation and historical context.
Compliance & Archiving: Manage official records in strict adherence to legislative frameworks and internal policies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
Executive Support & Reception: Maintain a sophisticated reception service, ensuring all guests and callers receive a professional experience that aligns with Department protocols.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for business process innovation, including the development and refinement of office procedures.

Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience in records management and the navigation of complex EDRMS platforms.
Administrative Precision: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of information without compromising quality.
Communication & Protocol: Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to exercise judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive information and high level stakeholders.
Adaptability: The capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast paced, time sensitive environment.
