Key Responsibilities
- High volume data entry
- First point of contact for client enquiries via telephone, email
- Manage and update database records using multiple systems and procedures
- Resolve and escalate complex client matters
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Proven experience in a similar high-volume administrative role with a focus on data entry and customer service.
- Customer Service skills, including the proven ability to be an excellent communicator on the telephone, engaging with a diverse range of customers.
- Demonstrated proficiency with database management systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Must hold a valid NPC (National Police Check)
- Available to work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
