APS5 Training and Development Facilitator
This is a 12-month assignment based in Geelong, VIC, with a pay rate of $55.24 per hour + superannuation.
This position is a key part of the Frontline Capability Branch. The branch is responsible for the workforce capability of the Service Delivery group, driving improvements in operational performance and developing training resources.
As a Training and Development Facilitator, you will be responsible for your own workflow and will make independent decisions within your area of responsibility. Your primary role is to facilitate workplace education using pre-existing learning materials.

... - Facilitating workplace education both in person and online.
- Creating supportive learning environments that encourage participation and engagement.
- Guiding learners through module and course content, helping them connect theory to practice.
- Facilitating discussions and activities to promote critical thinking.
- Monitoring learner progress and providing timely, constructive feedback.
- Effectively using digital tools and platforms to deliver content and interact with learners.
- Maintaining records in the Agency Learning Management System (LMS).
- Adapting your facilitation style to meet diverse learner needs and preferences.
- Providing feedback on learning modules and courses to contribute to a continuous improvement cycle.
