What You'll Be Doing:

- Managing the diary and workflow of the Executive
- Coordinating and tracking ministerial workflows
- Arranging and organising meetings and logistics
- Handling travel, expenses, and reconciling financial statements for the Executive
- Monitoring emails and collating meeting papers, minutes, reports, and briefs
- Following up on information to ensure deadlines are met
- Responding to routine and less complex enquiries
- Providing general administrative support functions as required
- Working collaboratively with other EAs to ensure senior executives are well supported
What You'll Bring:
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and judgement
- The ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in a position of trust
- A problem-solving and team mind-set
- Experience juggling multiple priorities and working to strict deadlines
Position Requirement / qualification
- Australian citizen
- Ability to hold and maintain a security clearance
- Ability to work in the office as required (hybrid working available)
