• This role offers the chance to contribute to a national research program exploring employer recruitment experiences and workforce needs across Australia

• As part of a survey team, you will conduct telephone interviews with employers, record information accurately, and help ensure high-quality data is collected

• This is a part-time role (around 20–25 hours per week), suited to someone who enjoys engaging with people, meets targets, and values accuracy and professionalism

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephone interviews with employers using a structured questionnaire
• Accurately record and enter responses into the data system
• Assist with data coding, sample checking, and other survey tasks
• Meet call rate and data quality targets
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team
• Follow procedures and maintain professional standards
