 - This role offers the chance to contribute to a national research program exploring employer recruitment experiences and workforce needs across Australia
- As part of a survey team, you will conduct telephone interviews with employers, record information accurately, and help ensure high-quality data is collected
- This is a part-time role (around 20–25 hours per week), suited to someone who enjoys engaging with people, meets targets, and values accuracy and professionalism
Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephone interviews with employers using a structured questionnaire
- Accurately record and enter responses into the data system
- Assist with data coding, sample checking, and other survey tasks
- Meet call rate and data quality targets
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team
- Follow procedures and maintain professional standards
