Your New Role and Team
You'll join a small, expert team responsible for the essential administrative processes behind national security clearances. This is more than just an admin job; it's an opportunity to contribute to the safety of our country.
Your day-to-day will involve:
...Coordinating and processing security clearance requests.
Managing sensitive and confidential documents with precision.
Providing vital customer service via phone and email.
Your work will directly support the Australian Defence Force, government employees, and other key personnel, ensuring they have the clearances needed to protect Commonwealth information.
What You'll Need to Succeed
We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous professional who is ready to make an impact. To be successful, you must:
Be an Australian Citizen.
Hold a minimum Baseline Security Clearance or have the ability to obtain one.
Possess a proven background as an administration, data entry, or records officer.
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
Excel in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy.
Work effectively both autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
Have excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office.
