We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary to join our team. You'll provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support within a fast-paced legal environment, working alongside legal professionals to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
... Prepare, format, and manage legal documents, correspondence, and briefs.
Manage calendars, appointments, and organise meetings and travel.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain filing systems.
Assist with billing, time recording, and expense tracking.
Provide administrative support for case management systems and databases.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on various matters, including confidential issues.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a legal support role. We're looking for someone who is adaptive, a quick learner, and can handle a high-volume workload with accuracy and professionalism.
