We’re looking for a talented GenAI Engineer to join a new centre of excellence, designing, building and operating AI-powered solutions. Due to immense growth in their AI portfolio, multiple exciting opportunities have become available in one of their Sydney offices. You will be joining their elite engineering team and playing a key role in driving continuous improvement in Artificial Intelligence practices and technology, working closely with various stakeholders (business and technical) to help execute their AI strategy as they build the innovative and lead edge new AI Platform.
Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for architecture, design, development, testing and operations and deliver in iterative cycles.
- Take end-to-end ownership of your product in a modern DeVops culture
- Working within a multidisciplinary team alongside data scientists and engineers
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with AI frameworks and tools (e.g., Langchain, Semantic Kernel, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Commercial or side project experience in one or more of the following technologies or related technologies: Anthropic Claude, Llama, LiteLLM, Cursor, windsurf / Codeium, VO Vercel, Continue, Aider, Cline, Langchain, Langgraph, Hugging Face
- Experience across the full SDLC including design, build, test and supporting mission-critical production platforms
- Able to implement AI/ML best practices including CI/CD pipelines and model monitoring
- Demonstrated proficiency using cloud technologies and integrating with ML services including GCP Vertex AI, DataRobot or AWS SageMaker in large and complex organisations and experience with SQL and Python environments
- Previous experience and familiarity with cloud technologies and architectural practices to enhance tooling across the AI model development lifecycle
- Knowledge of architectural patterns, cloud-native solutions on AWS & Azure, microservices architecture, solutions integration and containerisation.
