Your responsibilities will include:

- For Care Manager roles, key functions include operational streamlining and ACFI/AN-ACC documentation.
We are seeking candidates who possess:
- Demonstrated extensive leadership experience in residential Aged Care.
- A proven track record in regulatory compliance, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
- For some remote locations, experience with specific clinical skills and indigenous culture is highly desirable, and a driving license may be required.
