We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional, person-centred care.
As an essential member of the clinical team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and overseeing the clinical care of our residents, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating resident care plans with a strong focus on individual needs and preferences.
- Providing clinical leadership and mentorship to Enrolled Nurses and Care Staff.
- Liaising with residents, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic well-being.
- Managing medication administration and complex wound care.
What You Will Bring
To be successful in this vital role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience as an RN in a Residential Aged Care setting.
- Proven ability to practice in line with the principles of person-centred care.
- Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts across a 24/7 roster.
