The Essentials:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year as an RN specifically within Australian Aged Care.
Availability: Minimum of 3 days per week.
Flexibility: Must be able to work a rotating roster across AM, PM, and Night Duty.
Location: Must currently reside in or be able to commute to Bendigo, VIC.
What You’ll Bring (Typical Skills):
... Clinical Excellence: Proficiency in medication management, complex wound care, and catheter care.
Assessment Skills: Experience with AN-ACC documentation and comprehensive care planning.
Leadership: Ability to lead a team of PCAs and ENs, making critical decisions during the "after-hours" shifts.
Palliative Care: Compassion and skill in providing dignified end-of-life care.
Adaptability: A calm head in emergencies and a flexible approach to the rotating roster (AM, PM, and ND).
