Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individual care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Participate in comprehensive assessments of residents’ health status.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Current Registration: Must hold a valid and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience as an RN within an aged care setting.
- Availability: Must be flexible with full-time availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
- Personality: Empathetic, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
