What You'll Be Doing:
As the clinical leader during night shifts, your focus will be on:
Seeing to residents’ medical needs and providing clinical care, ensuring stability overnight.
Putting together accurate clinical documentation and maintaining the highest standard of work.
Being a strong leader and role model to night staff (ENs/PCAs).
Upholding health and safety standards throughout the night.

Key Requirements
You will be someone who is empathetic and possesses:

A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration.
Leadership experience in clinical aged care, ideally in after-hours settings.
Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC.
