Your Main Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely administrative support across daily operational activities.
- Handle general financial processing, including basic invoicing, reconciliations, and record updates.
- Maintain and organise documentation, ensuring information is up to date and easily accessible.
- Coordinate procurement and supplier interactions to support smooth office operations.
- Assist with scheduling, internal communication, and coordination between teams.
- Support the preparation of quotes, reports, and other business documents as required.
- Help organise meetings, events, and general office activities.

About You:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to provide excellent administration support to various teams
- Enjoys contributing to a tight, collaborative team dynamic
- Previous experience in the Medical industry is desired but not essential
- Must have full work rights in Australia
