Your New Role
As the primary point of contact for compliance, you will function as the bridge between internal operations and subcontractors to ensure all documentation meets legislative requirements. This role offers a flexible hybrid model, allowing you to work from home four days per week.
Sourcing and onboarding subcontractor companies while verifying and storing all required documentation.
Ensuring subcontractor employees complete necessary inductions and compliance checks prior to commencing work.
Managing the compliance inbox and responding to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner.
Reviewing subcontractor invoices and coordinating with internal teams to process payments.
Supporting workforce planning by identifying resourcing needs and coordinating with operations.
About You
- Proven experience in administration with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of learning new systems.
