Administration Officer!

We’re seeking a motivated Administrator to join a project based in Essendon Fields. You will provide administration and scheduling support to keep daily operations within the Defence team running smoothly.

Please note this role will be commencing Monday 19th January.

Key duties

• General admin, data entry and reporting
• Jumping on the phones to schedule and coordinate
• Supporting with timesheets, training records and procurement paperwork
• Liaising with internal teams and external vendors
• Communication with sargeants & staff

About you

• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Confident phone manner and team-first attitude
• No experience required – full training provided
• Police and drug & alcohol testing required
• Due to the nature of the role, Australian Citizenship is required
