The Role at a Glance

As the primary point of contact for our centre, you will balance high-level financial administration with warm, people-focused service. From navigating Child Care Subsidies (CCS) to ensuring our facility is stocked and safe, your work ensures a premium experience for every child and parent.

Key Responsibilities

• The Family Journey: Act as the face of the centre—conducting tours, managing enrolments, and guiding new families through a smooth orientation.

• Systems & Tech: Maintain precise records using industry software (Salesforce, Qikkids) and manage daily attendance data.

• Financial Stewardship: Take the lead on CCS processing, fee management, and ensuring total financial compliance.

• Operational Excellence: Support the leadership team with staff rostering, payroll processing, and managing facility maintenance/supplies.

• Compliance Champion: Uphold the highest standards of safety and regulation in line with National Quality Standards and Child Safe Standards.
