- Afternoon shift role, Monday to Friday
- Hours: 12pm till 8pm
- Maternity leave cover with interviews commencing immediately for the right person
- Based in Derrimut
- Extension on temp contract may be available for the right person
The Role
We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Administration Supervisor with transport experience who can confidently lead a small team and oversee key operational processes. You’ll ensure documentation, manifests, and data entry are accurate, while keeping communication and workflow running smoothly across the warehouse and transport teams.
This position offers consistent hours, stability over the Christmas period, and the chance to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support administrative staff to meet daily KPIs and performance expectations
Oversee manifesting, debriefing, and pricing — ensuring data accuracy and timely processing
Manage pallet control and reconciliation processes
Prepare rosters and allocate resources efficiently
Handle financial reconciliation including petty cash, cash sales, and banking preparation
Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly
Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Experience working in an afternoon shift role is highly preferred
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication
