Essential Skills:
Sound numeracy skills for accounts and reconciliation tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and email.
Sound communication skills-both written and verbal.
You will be the administrative backbone of the organisation, working closely with the small team to ensure efficient daily operations. Your key responsibilities include:
Performing Accounts Receivable Reconciliation against statements and basic accounts processing.
Handling all Purchase Order Receiving tasks.
Assisting with OHS Administration and QA Auditing/Administration duties.
Office Management: Managing phones, filing, and general office support.
