We are currently seeking an experienced Administration All-Rounder to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys being across multiple functions within the business.
About the Role
This position will see you supporting daily operations across administration, customer service and coordination. You’ll be the go-to person in the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
General administrative support across the business
Processing orders, invoices, and purchase orders
Customer service – handling enquiries via phone and email
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
Supporting logistics, dispatch, and operations where required
Assisting with reporting and documentation
About You
Proven experience in an administration all-rounder role (ideally within manufacturing, logistics, or a similar environment)
Strong customer service and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience using SAP (highly regarded)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational and time management skills
