Location: Yatala, QLD
Role Type: Full-time Temporary Contract (Mon-Fri) 7:00am - 4:30pm with flexibility.
Salary: $38-$40per hour + Super

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you’ll be providing end-to-end accounts payable support across the company. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Full management of accounts payable for the group
Handling supplier enquiries and account reconciliations
Processing staff credit card transactions and expense claims
Ensuring compliance with ABN, GST, and record-keeping requirements
Assisting with month-end close, tax, and FBT reporting
Supporting the wider finance team with general admin and ad-hoc duties

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar accounts payable role
Strong ERP systems experience
Solid understanding of accounting principles
High attention to detail, excellent time management, and problem-solving mindset
Confident communication and interpersonal skills
