As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will play a key role in the accurate and timely processing of invoices, staff reimbursements, and supplier payments. You’ll also contribute to broader finance tasks and be involved in process improvements and internal projects.

About You:
Minimum 2 year's experience in an Accounts Payable role
Previous experience in a large office or corporate environment
Understanding of GST compliance
High level of accuracy in data entry
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Gmail and financial software systems
Exposure to TechOne and Concur (desirable)
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
A team player who enjoys working collaboratively across departments
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end processing of supplier invoices
Employee expense reimbursements and corporate credit card uploads
Handling supplier queries and reconciling statements
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
Supporting audit preparations and EOFY close off
Contributing to process improvements and system efficiencies
Providing general finance support and assistance with projects as needed
