It's a driven and collaborative environment, working in the finance division, where the colleagues are engaged, aware, friendly and value encouraging ideas. This role will assist the current finance team with the accounts payable, invoicing, payroll for 30+ employees on weekly basis, reconciliations, month end duties, etc. This will be 2 days per week, TUESDAY is a MUST and the other day is flexible.
You will report to the Financial Controller.
Your responsibilities:
- Entering invoices in the system
- Processing invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Reviewing accounts payable entries to ensure all data are entered correctly
- Payroll for 30+ employees on a weekly basis
- Vendor and supplier reconciliations
- Other administration & accounts duties where required
What experience will you have:
- 3+ years in the accounts/ payroll domain
- Analytic approach, problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with large data sets on Excel
- MYOB and Employment Hero experience is PREFERRED
- Having a proactive and steady approach
