... Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new customers across residential and commercial customers, following market trends.
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and maximise their purchasing experience.
- Implement a structured call cycle to develop and maintain profitable business relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Manage incoming leads, handle data entry, and facilitate workflow distribution through the company’s operating system.
- Provide internal support and collaborate with the sales team and stakeholders to optimise customer interactions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
About You:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Account Management, Sales or Business Growth role, ideally within the construction or industrial area.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and solution selling.
- Confident in their sales approach and driven to make sales in a competitive market.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate also with other departments/management teams.
- Current Australian working rights.
