Position Overview:
The company is seeking a dedicated and professional Account Executive to join their Inside Sales team. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in increasing sales and contributing to the company’s growth by building and strengthening client relationships. This role operates under a hybrid work model
Responsibilities:
- Attain monthly sales objectives.
- Process orders
- Help customers build their business
- Assist clients with technical inquiries such as product ingredients
- Provide customers with information on their orders, past invoices, return policies, and tracking orders
- Research and identify new potential client options and follow up on referrals
Qualifications:
- Experience in a sales or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel)
- Strong listening skills, very customer focused, and professional
- Detail oriented, with the ability to apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
