2 x administration officers.

We’re seeking 2 x Administration Officers to join a project based in Essendon Fields. You will provide administration and scheduling support to keep daily operations within the Defence team running smoothly.

Please note: This role will be commencing immediately for the right person. Contract up until March 2026. Due to the nature of the role, Australian Citizenship will be required

Key duties

• General admin, data entry and reporting
• Jumping on the phones to schedule and coordinate
• Supporting with timesheets, training records and procurement paperwork
• Liaising with internal teams and external vendors
• Communication with sargeants & staff

About you

• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Confident phone manner and team-first attitude
• No experience required – full training provided
• Police and drug & alcohol testing required
• Due to the nature of the role, Australian Citizenship is required
