    There are many charities and welfare groups doing a lot to support our young unemployed Australians and one such is organisation is The Smith Family. Randstad has partnered with The Smith Family to connect Australia's unemployed youth with the jobs, work experience and skills they need to secure employment opportunities. Randstad career buddies will be matched with The Smith Family program coordinators to offer career guidance programs in schools and colleges and through existing youth programs such as the Young Leaders Network.Employers can also get involved in one of these programs to either provide career advice or information about what it is like to work in their company or industry or the gift of work experience opportunities.
