An opportunity has become available for a Workplace Relations Advisor to join a collaborative and values-driven team on a 3-month contract! This role is a stop gap arrangement supporting the Workplace Relations function while a team member is on leave.
You will act as a key point of contact for a diverse membership base, providing practical and balanced advice across a broad range of industrial and workplace relations matters. Members rely on the team for trusted guidance to help them navigate employment obligations and manage people-related risks.
Your role:
Providing advice on award interpretation, performance management and statutory obligations
Provide advice in managing risk
Delivering clear, commercially sound recommendations and practical solutions
Assisting with policy guidance and communications around legislative updates and best practice initiatives
On top of that, you will be part of a collaborative team.
You have experience in workplace or industrial relations and are confident managing advisory queries end-to-end. You understand employment legislation and can translate requirements into clear, practical advice tailored to different stakeholders.

Experience in workplace/industrial relations or employee relations
Strong knowledge of award interpretation and Fair Work obligations
