Join a global leader in last-mile delivery logistics as they undergo a significant digital transformation. As the Workday Functional Lead, you will play a critical role in migrating Australian payroll and time functions from Dayforce into an established Workday environment. This is a high-impact opportunity to ensure compliance and technical excellence for a major July go-live.
What You Will Do:
Perform final technical audits and configuration checks on Workday Payroll and Time & Attendance modules.
Review and adjust system settings to ensure 100% alignment with Australian payroll legislation and Fair Work requirements.
Provide hands-on functional support during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase to resolve bugs and logic gaps.
Partner with the local HR team and US-based implementation partners to provide high-touch support during the July cutover.
Act as the local subject matter expert to translate Australian requirements to the global implementation team.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Deep functional knowledge of Workday, specifically within the Payroll and Time & Attendance modules.
Strong understanding of the Australian payroll landscape, including awards, superannuation, and compliance.
Proven experience in complex HRIS migrations or large-scale global system implementations.
Demonstrated ability to audit system configurations and rectify complex technical issues.
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with local teams and overseas implementation partners.
