The Opportunity

We are seeking a Work Health and Safety Consultant in a part time capacity for a 4 month contract, to lead the strategic shift from project planning to large-scale delivery. This is a high level advisory role focused on building a safety framework for a major infrastructure program.

Audit current WHS artefacts and map against the WA WHS Act (2020)
Define future-state governance and resourcing for the delivery phase
Provide expert Safety in Design (SiD) guidance to technical teams
Develop a sequenced readiness roadmap and action plan
Advise on digital integration for SAI360
Support interim office and site visit safety protocols
Facilitate engagement between technical leads and executive stakeholders.

About You

Qualified: Diploma or Degree in WHS/OHS (Cert IV minimum).
WA Expert: Deep knowledge of the WA WHS Act (2020).
Systems Thinker: Experience in WHS Management Systems and gap analysis.
Strategic: Able to translate legislation into a practical delivery roadmap.
