Randstad are seeking skilled Aluminium Welder/Fabricators to join our client working on the construction of large aluminium marine vessels. This role suits a trade-qualified welder who enjoys working in large team environments on major builds.

About the Role
• Aluminium welding and fabrication for marine vessel construction
• Working as part of large, coordinated production teams
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
• Maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards
• 4 day work week "Monday to Thursday"

What We’re Looking For
• Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (essential)
• Proven experience in aluminium welding and fabrication
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and punctual
