We are recruiting for an experienced Website & CRM Manager for a 6 month period. This role is critical to driving engagement, traffic, and conversion across owned digital channels and supporting the overall growth of the tourism industry and is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality website platforms and CRM programs.
Key Responsibilities:
...- Lead the development and execution of the digital content plan, ensuring alignment with event goals and SEO best practices
- Lead the execution of consumer EDM programs through all stages, including expressions of interest and active event phases
- Work with digital performance agencies to optimize SEO content and partnering with internal teams on Martech workstreams
- Coordinate with design, marketing, development, and analytics teams to ensure seamless delivery across all owned channels
- Create briefs for website and EDM design enhancements and reporting on performance to drive future iterati
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years in website and CRM/EDM management with a proven track record of working with UX designers and web developers.
- Strong knowledge of Drupal or other content management systems.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Campaign Monitor, including campaign setup and segmentation
- Proficiency in GA4/Google Analytics 360 and the ability to use data to inform strategies
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Monday.com to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage various stakeholders and cross-functional teams
