Located in beautiful, brand-new offices in the Sydney CBD, you will join a high-performing, national team of experts. This hybrid role offers a balance of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, operating on a rotating roster (7 am – 7 pm, Monday to Friday).
As a Client Service Consultant, you won't just be answering queries; you'll be a critical link between the firm and Financial Advisors, resolving complex issues with empathy and precision.Expert Communication: Manage high-level interactions via phone and live chat with Financial Advisors.
Problem Solving: Use your critical thinking to resolve multifaceted client issues regarding wealth products and services in real-time
Collaboration: Work within a supportive team where your ideas for enhancing best practices are encouraged and valued.

Experience: At least 1+ years within wealth management, superannuation, or pensions, ideally within a contact center or advisor-facing environment.
