As a Warehouse Team Leader, your primary focus is the intersection of People, Process, and Safety. You will oversee the daily activities of warehouse personnel, ensuring all inductions and training are completed to standard and that safety leadership is a lived reality, not just a policy. Beyond the floor, you will handle critical administration, including accurate reporting on DC requirements and inventory loss prevention. We are looking for someone who doesn't just follow instructions but actively seeks to streamline administration and improve workflow through continuous improvement initiatives.
