Warehouse Supervisor
- Monday to Friday
- Brand New warehouse / facilities
- Starting at $75k+ P.A
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock control measures are in place.
- Enforce health, safety, and compliance regulations to maintain a secure and efficient workplace.
- Assist the Operations Manager with general warehouse operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or leadership role.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of labour planning & performance management.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A current Forklift (LF) licence
