What you will need to exceed
- A deep understanding of the VPS grant lifecycle and the Victorian Government's financial management frameworks.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, persuasive written advice for a non-technical audience.
- Experience evaluating project feasibility, financial statements, and program outcomes.
- Ability to navigate sensitive political environments and influence outcomes through negotiation and collaboration.
- A commitment to the highest standards of probity and a track record of managing public funds responsibly.
- Advanced skills in Excel and experience using dedicated grant management software.
