Our client is a global leader in the timepiece industry, known for precision and excellence. They are looking for an autonomous and eager Visual Merchandiser to join their Queensland team. This is a brand-focused role for someone who is accountable to themselves and thrives in a position that offers significant freedom and professional trust.
The Role
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will take ownership of a dedicated territory and act as a professional brand partner to our retailers. In this role, you will
- Maximize brand penetration by optimizing display positioning and cabinet space to ensure the brand stands out
- Deliver product knowledge sessions to develop the staff's understanding of technical watch functions and presentation
- Plan and sustain efficient territory coverage to ensure all stores in your portfolio meet planned call frequencies
- Support the implementation of retail promotions and ensure all point-of-sale materials and brochures are current
- Provide concise weekly reports and market feedback directly to the Head Office to ensure brand goals are being met
About You
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is polished, professional, and ready to manage their own territory.
- You have a minimum of 2 years in retail with a background in fashion or jewelry being highly regarded
- You possess prior Visual Merchandising experience
- You are a trustworthy and accountable professional who is highly adaptable to feedback
- You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver engaging training presentations to store teams
- You hold a valid driver’s license and possess your own reliable vehicle to manage your territory effectively
