About the Role
Our client is a well known provider for vocational and higher education situated in Victoria. They are urgently seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to come in and work with them on a 4 week temp assignment at their office in Box Hill VIC.
Candidates for this position must have end to end accounts receivable, and reconciliations experience using Tech One. You must also have Salesforce system experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes using TechOne.
- Update and maintain customer accounts, billing information, and collection notes in Salesforce.
- Generate and issue invoices, credit notes, and statements of account accurately and in a timely manner.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding payments via phone and email.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any payment discrepancies or queries.
- Assist with bank reconciliations related to receivables.
- Support the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
About You
You will be an experienced Accounts Receivable professional with proven experience and reliability in previous positions
The successful candidate will possess:
- End to End Accounts Receivable experience using TechOne
- Salesforce System experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong MS Excel skills
