About the Role:
This full-time position reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you will be essential in the execution of the full Trade Marketing Plan across all divisions. This role involves supporting the implementation of channel-specific marketing strategies for designated retailers and proactively aligning with trade partners on key marketing and promotional initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
...- Coordinate the end-to-end development and execution of all promotions.
- Write and finalise the terms and conditions for promotions.
- Execute campaigns and promotions within stores, working closely with the Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Develop necessary in-store Point of Sale (POS), trade presenters, and digital assets in partnership with our Graphic Designer.
- Manage the process of uploading promotions to the company website and agency portal.
- Provide direct support to the Head of Marketing and Product regarding fixtures and in-store displays.
- Coordinate the design, quote approval, and installation process for displays, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Manage the printing and distribution of all promotional and evergreen POS materials and ticketing.
- Conduct planned store visits to monitor and review the quality of in-store execution.
- Prepare detailed budget commitments per project
- Collate and code invoices efficiently for the Head of Marketing and Product's sign-off/approval.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or an equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 4+ years of demonstrable experience in a Trade Marketing role. (Essential)
- Proven experience within the consumer electronics or a blue-chip brand environment. (Essential)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, particularly when liaising with sales teams and external retailers.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- A dedicated and effective team player.
