What we need from you:
A valid HR Licence and at least 6–12 months of solid driving experience.
The fitness to handle the rig (and the occasional 30kg lift).
A clean driving record (RMS report) and the ability to pass a standard D&A/Police check.
The Gear: You’ll be mastering Side Arms and Rear Loaders—if you’ve done waste before, you’re already ahead of the pack.
Onboarding & Professional Development
Your Success is Our Priority: To ensure you are fully equipped and site-compliant, the first 2 weeks consist of a comprehensive, paid driving induction program. During this initial training period, you will be compensated at our Offsider rate while you master the specific routes and equipment.
Immediate Pay Increase: Upon successful completion of the driver training hours, your full HR Professional Driver rate ($47.00+ p/h) will be applied immediately as you take full command of your vehicle.
