Your Mission: The Waste Offsider Role (It's a Full-Body Workout!)
As a key player on the truck, you'll be the backbone of the operation. Your daily adventure involves:
Kerbside Commando: Swiftly collecting general waste, recycling, and green waste—the environmental experts!
Truck Runner: Keeping pace with the truck, you'll be loading bins into the rear loader like a pro.
Safety Boss: Operating bin lifters and compactors with a laser focus on safety and following all protocols (we take care of our team!).
Community Face: Interacting with the public respectfully—you're the friendly face of essential services!
Team Support: Being flexible, adapting to route changes, and providing rock-solid support to your driver.
Are You Ready for the Challenge? The Must-Haves:
This role is demanding, but the reward is worth it!
Fitness Fanatic: You must be physically capable of handling an intense workload. This means being able to run/walk up to 15-20 km per day and lift/manoeuvre bins up to 30 kg.
Early Bird Gets the Worm: Reliable private transport is essential to get you to the Eastern Creek, Greenacre & Mascot depot for those crucial early start times.
Team Player & Safety Champion: A genuine commitment to teamwork, reliability, and following safety guidelines.
Clean Slate: Must be able to pass a mandatory pre-employment drug & alcohol test and a police check.
Bonus Points: Any experience in waste collection or other heavy, outdoor, physical work is a big advantage, but we're happy to train motivated newbies!

Top Dollar Pay: A highly competitive rate of $38 - $43 per hour! Plus superannuation, generous allowances, and penalty rates.
Solid Schedule: Consistent and stable Monday to Friday shifts, with start times between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM. Finish your day early and enjoy the afternoon!
