Your core responsibilities will include:
Own the Results: Drive sales and meet territory targets through scheduled and unscheduled visits to hospitals, aged care facilities, and other healthcare organisations.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a clear, logical sales plan, engaging both existing accounts and new prospective clinicians based on their Segmentation & Targeting (S&T) call plan.
Consultative Selling: Apply the Sales Model to effectively uncover customer needs and create a compelling, value-driven reason for them to choose companies products.
Stakeholder Management: Establish total account preference by conducting highly effective sales calls with all decision-makers and influencers (e.g., nurses, doctors, procurement staff).
Partnerships & Events: Maintain strong partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and manage customers including conducting community and/or end-user events.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively develop your clinical/technical knowledge, staying abreast of competitor activities and market developments.
Execution & Administration: Plan, prepare, and execute daily sales call targets, ensuring all activities are accurately registered in the company CRM system.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven Sales Success: Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated successful sales experience. A documented track record of consistently performing better than peers is strongly preferred.
Education: A Graduate or post-graduate degree in nursing, medicine, business, project management, or a similar field.
Commercial Acumen: Ability to successfully apply sales models, processes, and tools, combining clinical knowledge with a strong commercial mindset.
Relationship Focus: Exceptional interpersonal, listening, and relationship-building skills to maintain long-term, trusting partnerships.
Drive & Persistence: Highly driven, energetic, and results-oriented, viewing objections as opportunities to sell with respectful perseverance.
Organised: Equipped with attention to detail, structured follow-through, and consistently effective time and territory management skills
- Regisered Nurses with no sales experience but a strong commercial mindset will also be considered!
