Your new role
As Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for looking after the diagnostic portfolio across your given territory and increasing market share against competitors in the market. You will move beyond traditional sales to architect diagnostic solutions that bridge the gap between complex laboratory data and actionable clinical results.
Key duties:
- Territory planning and design to meet existing customers and prospecting for new business.
- Hitting and exceeding sales targets for the region through a capability-driven approach.
- Working alongside regulatory and marketing teams to successfully launch products into the marketplace.
- Understanding both private and public laboratory workflows and managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Expanding the portfolio of the organisation’s products and services.
- Providing high-level representation for the business and assisting with technical customer queries.
Your skills and experience
- A Bachelor Degree in a scientific field is desirable.
- You should have 2+ years of experience selling diagnostic or similar medical products in the market.
- Strong external stakeholder management and relationship-building skills are essential.
- The ability to provide technical expertise while successfully selling products is required.
- You should be a digitally fluent professional who understands the shifting landscape of 2026 healthcare.
