We are seeking an Immersive Technology Enablement & Support Analyst to join a leading educational provider, driving the integration and adoption of cutting-edge VR and AR technology.
This pivotal AO5-level role is focused on enablement, not development. You'll be the expert ensuring staff can confidently use Virtual and Augmented Reality for educational delivery.
The Challenge:
Champion VR/AR adoption through proactive training and clear guidelines.
Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for immersive hardware and systems (e.g., headsets).
Manage device configuration, testing, and essential operational documentation.
Build key relationships across the organisation to facilitate successful tech integration.
About You:
You combine strong interpersonal skills and the ability to train non-technical users with a solid technical understanding of AR/VR systems. You are highly self-managed, resourceful, and excel at problem-solving.
Bonus points for previous experience in training or technical coaching within an educational context.
