Contract opportunity for an experienced Trainer for an Educational Technologies ISO Project. In this role you will play a pivotal role in supporting staff through key digital transformations and bridge the gap between technical requirements and practical application, ensuring the workforce is confident, compliant, and equipped for the future.

What You Will Do:

• Design and develop engaging training programs and support materials focused on new processes, system roles, and ISO 27001 compliance.
• Deliver and evaluate training through a mix of virtual and face-to-face sessions, tailored to diverse learning styles.
• Facilitate workshops and hands-on sessions to help staff confidently adopt system enhancements and updated business processes.
• Collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts to document business process changes and assess user impacts.
• Monitor effectiveness by gathering feedback and recommending improvements to support continuous compliance and training quality.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Proven ability to design and deliver training programs tailored to diverse audiences and complex subject matter.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 principles and organisational security requirements to ensure accurate training content.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex system changes for all users.
• Stakeholder engagement experience, working effectively across technical and business teams to ensure project alignment.
• A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) is highly desirable for this position.
