Technical BA
- Melbourne CBD (Hybrid Working Environment)
- 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
- $160,000-$180,000 Total Remuneration Package
The successful applicant will support the remediation of an Oracle Billings Platform, working with technical teams across the business to remediate issues.
Technical Skills:
- Must have experience with an Oracle Billings platform or like transferable technical skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Strong problem solving acumen & ability to find unified solutions amongst technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Oracle CCS and/or Oracle CC&B are highly regarded.
- Understanding of the testing environment is highly desirable.
- Experience building functional requirements.
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with executives & C-suite stakeholders, keeping them informed and breaking down technical jargon.
- Work closely with technical teams and customer facing stakeholders to remediate current issues.
- Work through a substantial ticket backlog, categorising and distributing these to the relevant technical teams.
