Configuration & Enhancement: Play a crucial role in managing configuration changes and enhancements related to the new operating system, ensuring optimal outcomes for users and mitigating negative impacts.
Testing & Traceability: Support business stakeholders in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and demonstrate requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Change Management Support: Work closely with the Change Manager to produce collateral (Work Instructions, Quick Reference Guides) essential for driving end-user adoption of the new operating system and associated tools.
