Role:

You will work closely with policy, operational, and technical stakeholders to document complex processes, define business and data requirements, and support the development of future‑state systems and services aligned with organisational strategy.


Responsibilities:

• Skilled in documenting complex and routine business processes using BPMN, flowcharts, and structured templates, with a focus on cloud‑enabled and data‑driven workflows.
• Experienced in analysing current‑ and future‑state processes to identify integration points, dependencies, and alignment with cloud, data, and analytics platform architectures. Experience with leading Cloud and Analytics platforms and infrastructures.
• Experience defining and documenting future‑state processes, systems, and service models aligned with enterprise cloud, data, and analytics strategies.
• Known for being personable, approachable, and easy to work with, able to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrates good listening skills and regularly checks in with stakeholders to confirm understanding and alignment.
• Flexible in managing shifting priorities and evolving stakeholder needs while maintaining quality outcomes.
